Okay we promise it's nothing to fear babe! The confidence circle is essentially all of us women, sharing our truth without judgement or shame.

It's holding each other in our experience of 'confidence'.

It's partaking in some breathwork, meditation and embodiment practices to get you feeling safe within your body. This is all guided by Em, and she will participate in the circle with you.

That is totally okay and you are in the most perfect place to start.

We understand that for some women attending this class is so the norm and super exciting. For some women, this may be a little nerve-wracking.

Please know, you are all so welcome, and perfect just as you are! Nerves or not.

The intention of this event isn’t to be a pro dancer, it is to hold a space that is safe and supportive for every woman to step into their most confident and connected self.

For the circle component, wear whatever you feel comfortable to sit down in.

For the dance component, I invite you to wear something that you feel most sexy in.

This could be lingerie, or activewear. It could be a saucy bodysuit or flared pants.

There is absolutely no judgement, no pressure and no expectations.

I recommend you wear heels, but they're not a must. If you feel more comfortable in sneakers, no shoes, boots that is all perfect.

The only specifics that I do ask if you have sensitive knees, is that you bring knee pads.

I understand this event is a vulnerable and sacred space, Em intends to keep the circle and class intimate with a maximum of 15 women attending.
